SAP Testing Lead
Role Summary:
The SAP Testing Lead is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA deployments under the NEO program. The role ensures high-quality system delivery by coordinating SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go-Live testing across business, functional, and technical teams. The position focuses on stakeholder management, defect control, testing governance, and ensuring business readiness for successful cutover and post-go-live stability.
Key Responsibilities (Brief):
Define and implement NEO testing strategy and governance
Coordinate end-to-end testing across business, IT, and functional teams
Ensure readiness for SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover, and Go-Live
Manage defects, risks, and testing escalations
Align testing with data migration, cutover, and business readiness
Support hypercare and post-go-live improvements (REX)
