SAP/IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with proven experience in SAP hiring who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and the ability to close positions across Internal Full-Time roles & Contract roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
• Handle SAP and other IT requirements, ensuring quality and timely closures.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical expectations, and timelines.
• Work effectively within a team of recruiters and consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Source candidates using multiple channels: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CBZ, referrals, and social networking platforms.
