  Job description   

 Work closely, on a constant basis with SA Management Teams on performance management; preparing relevant reports on KPIs, follow up and portfolio insights, identifying gaps for business development. 
 Establish total IKEA Supply performance overview in the Area for SA forums and agenda and take care of the stakeholders relations dedicated to performance and follow up 
 Secure that existing KPI landscape is reflecting real workloads of SA business units and is aligned with IKEA strategic goals 
 Facilitate SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitors SA Roadmap fulfilment. 
 Create and maintain balanced portfolio (consolidation of plans) ensuring movements towards defined direction and goals, constant monitoring and evaluating of the portfolio to ensure that portfolio is giving high returns at low risks. 
 Actively navigate portfolio, identifying gaps and advice for optimization...
