Saskatchewan Weightlifting Association - Executive Director

Overview The Saskatchewan Weightlifting Association seeks an Executive Director, a full‑time permanent paid employee responsible for steering growth, engagement, and day‑to‑day operations. The position is open in Regina or Saskatoon (other Saskatchewan centres may be considered). Ideal start date is July 20, 2026. Closes on June 23, 2026.

The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and will manage relationships with stakeholders, oversee competitions, drive strategic planning, manage finances, and support volunteer & board coordination.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Community Development

Develop and manage relationships with members, funding bodies, and other sports organizations.

Assist in organizing 5–8 major SWA competitions per year.
