Saskatoon Community Mental Health Nurse

Advance mental health care at Saskatoon Community Clinic as a Community Mental Health Nurse. This part-time role at 0.5 FTE requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
In this role, you will primarily operate from our Westside site as part of the Connected Community Care Phase II initiative. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide essential mental health assessments and interventions, striving to reduce dependence on emergency services and reinforce community networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse caseload
• Assess and offer counseling tailored to individual needs
• Create and monitor effective treatment plans for patients
• Track and evaluate responses to treatment for ongoing improvements
• Coordinate with community resources for client reintegration efforts
Requirements:
• Registered with RPNAS or CRNS
• CPR BLS certification required
