responsibilities :


  • Deliver Satellite Access Authorizations (SAA).
  • Maintain SATCOM database, Service Request Tracking Tool and circuit database records.
  • Monitor frequency utilization and transponder loading of the NATO space segment using RF monitoring tools.
  • Monitors, controls and conducts third-level troubleshooting of SATCOM and other Telecommunications systems and services.
  • Contribute to the prioritization and sequencing process of resource allocation of conflicting service requests.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of the necessary service request and delivery procedures.
