SATCOM Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a mission-ready SATCOM Network Support Specialist to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise SATCOM Gateway Services (ESGS) mission at Hill AFB, UT. This role provides 24/7/365 technical and operational support to tactical customers accessing DoD gateway facilities, working across an extremely complex IP-based SATCOM network. Candidates must be dependable, operationally disciplined, and comfortable supporting rotating shifts in a mission essential environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network events and element management failures in real time (24x7x365). Create/update tickets in DISA ticketing applications for customer issue tracking and resolution (Baseband, IF, RF). Configure/troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and voice equipment.
