Summary
The KYC Team Leader is responsible for supervising a cell of Analysts and Quality Controllers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to PwC's KYC Minimum Requirements. This role involves managing day-to-day task allocation, coaching team members, resolving technical queries, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. The Team Leader plays a key role in driving quality, productivity, and compliance across the KYC Operation Centre.
Experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a KYC/AML operations environment.
