Job Description

Purpose Of Job:
Manage and execute all the administrative activities related to crew and assist Tool Pusher for rig administration jobs including material logistics.
Reporting directly to the Tool Pusher, the Rig administrator is responsible for all rig communication and logistical organization within H&P Saudi Arabia.
Area(s) of Responsibility:
As directed by the Senior Toolpusher
Supervises:
Rig and Ambulance drivers, Gate guards
Key Tasks
Maintain communication and logistics between the rig and H&P base, Flights (if required), crew change and equipment movement.
Carries out administration and material logistic work as directed by the Toolpusher.
Ensures the Gate Guards are following procedures.
Supply the Medic with supporting administrative tasks
Ensuring the Emergency Response Plan contact list is up to date.
