Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Audiocodes SBC Subject Matter Expert (SME) , providing deep technical knowledge and hands‑on expertise.
• Design, develop, and maintain telephony solutions based on Audiocodes SBC platforms .
• Integrate Audiocodes SBC with Genesys Cloud , Azure Communication Services (ACS) , and other real‑time communication platforms.
• Develop and enhance WebRTC click‑to‑call solutions utilizing Audiocodes SBC.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors , including regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and plan upcoming activities.
• Prepare and submit change requests for network and firewall teams, including technical requirements and impact analysis.
