SBC & Real-Time Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Audiocodes SBC Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise.

• Design, develop, and maintain telephony solutions based on Audiocodes SBC platforms.

• Integrate Audiocodes SBC with Genesys Cloud, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and other real-time communication platforms.

• Develop and enhance WebRTC click‑to‑call solutions utilizing Audiocodes SBC.

• Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and plan upcoming activities.

• Prepare and submit change requests for network and firewall teams, including technical requirements and impact analysis.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve telephony and SBC-related issues
