Stableshing the Stategics to E2E Program (Andean Sector) & connecting with end-to-end stakeholders to ensure productivity plan; Manage E2E Projects through PS Tool & Define the government to all projects.

Create Financial Model to Alignment opportunities in Strategics P&Ls; Accounts (Andean Sector).

Your Impact: Lead Andean COGS productivity governance by connecting with end-to-end stakeholders to drive the productivity plan through the full pipeline cycle, including ideation (workshops, benchmarks), valuation (cost-benefit analysis), prioritization (transformational vs. base projects), team consolidation, and project execution support.
