They need EXPERIENCED SCADA.  
Communication difference between the SCADA. Repeated page building. NEED 1 with DEEP understanding of IGNITION . 
VISUALIZATION, GETTING PAGES BUILT. BUILDING PAGES AND GETTING SYSTEMS READY TO TEST AND EMMULATE. Ignition will be after.  
Connecting PLCs, and Page Building. Will not be programming PLCs
