**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Communicate and listen effectively with customer, co-workers and branch manager
+ Specifically, understanding the customer's needs and communicating with the General Foreman to understand job scope and schedule
+ Maintain a safe worksite, free of safety hazards by monitoring compliance with project safety program requirements
+ Oversee direct manpower at the job site, always being cognizant of cost and scheduling impacts to ensure the manpower is at a profitable level (i.e. minimizing overtime hours)
+ Perform administrative duties such as yard and job site inventory, safety meetings, fall plans, hazard analysis, payroll time sheets, equipment rental, return tickets, change orders, time and material tickets, bill of materials, and other site paperwork accurately ...
