We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Scaffold Laborer** to support our construction team by assisting in the assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems. This role is essential to ensuring safe access for workers at various heights and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding according to safety standards
+ Transport, load, and unload scaffolding materials such as frames, planks, and braces
+ Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects before use
+ Secure scaffolding using appropriate ties, clamps, and supports
