Position Summary

The Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) standards. The role ensures safe access for construction and maintenance activities, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, system scaffolds, mobile towers).
• Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and compliant with DOSH/CIDB safety requirements.
• Conduct inspections of scaffolding materials and structures to identify hazards or defects.
• Maintain scaffolding equipment and tools in good working condition.
