Scaffolder

Duties and Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems (tube & clamp, frame, modular, etc.)
• Inspect scaffolding before use to ensure stability and safety
• Follow approved scaffolding plans and work instructions
• Secure scaffolding components such as planks, braces, guardrails, and toe boards
• Ensure scaffolding complies with safety regulations and load requirements
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or damaged materials
• Maintain scaffolding tools, materials, and work area in good condition
• Work closely with supervisors and other site workers
• Follow company safety rules and proper PPE usage at all times

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience as a Scaffolder
• TESDA certification or safety training in Scaffolding (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards
