QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or vocational course in construction-related field (preferred)
• At least 1–2 years experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, or maintenance projects
• Familiar with inspection of scaffolding materials and reporting defects
• With TESDA NC II Scaffolding certification is a MUST
• Must have knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or scaffold layout plans
• Amenable to work in Makati
