Scaffolding Divisional Manager

Overview

NPP are recruiting for a scaffolding divisional manager on behalf of market leader in the construction, retrofit and renewable energy sectors. The successful candidate will be concerned with the planning, execution and overseeing of safety on scaffolding projects. Managing teams, budgets and resources to ensure projects meet quality, time and cost requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic growth & divisional leadership
• Developing a long term growth strategy
• Oversee the establishment of the new scaffolding hub, providing input on yard design, logistics and operational work flows
• Managing and overseeing operations, allocating labour, managing resources and co-coordinating projects
• Implementing and overseeing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance
