Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Scaled Agile Scrum Master to support distributed US-based teams working across Azure/GCP/AWS platforms. This role requires strong facilitation, team coaching, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to partner closely with cloud engineering, Dev Ops, security, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Facilitation
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives etc).
· Ensure teams follow SAFe principles, Agile values, and software engineering excellence practices.
· Support teams in refinement, capacity planning, PI planning readiness, and execution.
Team Coaching & Improvement
· Coach mid-sized teams (6–10 members) to adopt Agile mindset and continuous improvement.
