Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical

Experience: 10-15 years in cable manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Maximizing production yield, maintain strict international quality standards, & optimize manufacturing costs while ensuring a zero-harm safety culture.

• Schedule Cable Production Lines for optimum utilization
• Manage Core Process
• Reduce Downtime
• Material Efficiency: Monitor the consumption of raw materials to minimize variance.
• Inventory Coordination: Align with procurement to ensure a steady supply of all the input material

• Enforce Desired Cable Standards
