Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Scanning Operative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with confidential information in a structured environment.

Job Purpose:
Working closely with the Production Supervisor, the Scanning Operative will be responsible for physically handling files, digitalising documents, and accurately registering data using scanning equipment and specialised software. The role involves carrying files between designated areas and ensuring all documentation meets strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Physically move files and boxes to and from scanning and registration areas.

Ensure all work instructions are correct and the appropriate files are scanned and registered accurately.
