Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
- Strong experience of MS Intune
- Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
- Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
- Working experience of scripting technologies (Powershell)
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
- Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
