About You

The Scent Design Associate is responsible for driving multiple local / regional projects simultaneously. He/she will support the Scent Design Manager to execute priorities aligned to business strategy. In addition, the Scent Design Associate will be responsible for mentoring and developing a trainee to support knowledge sharing and provide insight on the business metrics / processes which enables the trainee to begin understanding projects.
