Your Focus
As Scent Design Leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing Product development and Innovation strategies that lead to consumer relevant fragrance solutions that win in the marketplace.
You will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes.
