Schedule Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling & Operations

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly class schedules.
• Assign tutors to students based on availability, subject, and level.
• Schedule demo classes, trial sessions, and regular classes.
• Monitor schedule changes, cancellations, and reschedules.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with tutors regarding availability and changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to students and parents.
• Work closely with Sales, Academic, and Customer Support teams.

3. Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate scheduling data in internal systems (LMS/CRM).
• Prepare daily and weekly scheduling reports.
• Track tutor utilization, attendance, and no-show rates.

4. Problem Solving

• Handle urgent schedule conflicts.
• Find backup tutors when last-minute issues occur.
