An established in-home senior care provider in the USA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage and coordinate caregiver schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced role and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor missed clock-ins, input notes, and confirm caregiver presence with clients.
Follow up with clients if caregivers are running late.
Handle call-outs promptly, contact clients, and arrange replacements.
Review weekly schedules and fill gaps for current and upcoming weeks.
Email updated weekly schedules to clients every Friday.
Provide daily shift recap to the scheduling team.
Qualifications & Skills:
