Location: Colombia (On-Site): Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga y Medellín.
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST.

Role

We are seeking a Scheduler with healthcare experience, strong multitasking skills, and excellent phone handling abilities. You will manage caregiver schedules, ensure coverage for open shifts, and maintain ongoing communication with collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts.
• Answer calls and texts promptly.
• Keep accurate records and update Google Sheets/CRM.
• Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Healthcare industry experience (required).
• 1+ year in Customer Service (BPO).
• Advanced English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
