Scheduler

Principal Accountabilities: * Create and optimize an accurate, cost-effective and timely delivery plan based on customer orders to ensure that the right product and volume is delivered from the right source to the right destination at the right time by the right truck. * Ensuring scheduled deliveries are compliant with road transport compliance rules, maintaining HSSE standards and implementing protocols for safe transportation. * Usage of the in-house scheduling tool to correctly reflect customer orders paired in the right tank Lorries * Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the Order to Delivery process, including customer operations, scheduling support teams, Road Transport operations and haulers to facilitate smooth operations and address any issue or delay before scheduled plans are shared * Contribute to the minimization of dry out by optimizing the usage of trucks.
