Scheduler

We are looking for a Scheduler with experience in the Home Care or Healthcare industry. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls and scheduling requests from clients. Coordinate caregiver assignments based on availability, client needs, and compliance rules. Communicate in real time with caregivers and office staff. Keep scheduling records accurate and up to date. Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers. Follow established procedures and workflows. Resolve day‑to‑day scheduling challenges using good judgment. Support administrative and operational tasks as needed. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM COT
