Provide high-quality service to MINT Dentistry patients through handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and offering general support in a dynamic call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced call center.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and related needs.
• Confirm schedules for dental offices.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate contact.
• Actively participate in training sessions and communication meetings.
• Be open to learning and feedback (including reviewing recorded calls or shadowing).
