Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Scheduler / Office Manager
to manage daily scheduling and operations for a growing trades-based business (HVAC, Plumbing, Handyman, or similar). This role is critical to keeping technicians productive, routes efficient, and customers satisfied. You must be a
self-starter
who can take ownership without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize
    daily and weekly schedules
    for
    3 or more field technicians
  • Plan efficient
    routes
    to minimize drive time and maximize job completion
  • Coordinate jobs, reschedules, cancellations, and emergency calls
  • Communicate clearly with technicians regarding assignments and changes
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and management
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, job statuses, and technician availability
