who will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments
• Arrange transportation for client appointments
• Assist with payment arrangements for services
• Request and follow up on narrative reports
• Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding treatments
• Perform general administrative duties (scanning, data entry, document management)
• Contribute to team success and demonstrate accountability
