Job Summary
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating the project roadmap. Connecting project strategy (planning) and daily execution (scheduling) by translating complex construction activities into a logical, time-phased sequence using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Apply IE skills to allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently, generating manpower histograms and S-curves to track planned vs. actual progress.
Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
Basic knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
