Scheduler (Remote – Colombia)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our remote team in Colombia. As part of a U.S.-based EPC solar company, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for

site surveys, installations, and inspections across our residential solar projects.

This role requires advanced English communication skills, as you will interact daily with project managers, homeowners, inspectors, and subcontractors. You will play a key role in keeping project timelines on track by managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule site surveys, installations, roof remediations and drywalls

• Communicate directly with homeowners, inspectors, internal teams, and subcontractors
