Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full time Scheduler to join their team in North Perth. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for someone with experience in rostering or scheduling who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client support.
Work and develop staff rosters for multiple sites, ensuring clients’ support requirements are met efficiently and effectively
Maintain accurate roster data in Salesforce and ShiftCare, and support workforce management processes
Manage changes to rosters including shift swaps, cancellations, and replacements, keeping stakeholders informed
Liaise with Service Managers and Team Leaders to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts
Identify rostering errors and improvements to processes to decrease errors over time
Support the payroll process by ensuring roster data is accurate and up to date before submission
