Project Type: Pharmaceutical GMP – CAPEX

We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical organization in Switzerland in the search for a Senior Scheduler / Project Planner to support large-scale GMP CAPEX projects.

The initial assignment involves a €200–300M GMP compliance project in the early design phase, with further projects planned across Switzerland. A strong on-site presence is required, particularly at the beginning of the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated master schedule from early design onwards
• Define WBS, milestones, dependencies, and baselines
• Plan project activities in live operating / brownfield environments
• Interface with Engineering, Construction, CQV, and Project Management teams
• Maintain and update schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Perform critical path, impact, and look-ahead analyses
