Scope
To ensure effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of project timelines while supporting the Project Manager with accurate scheduling insights.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development: Maintain and update the project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Progress Monitoring: Identify delays, analyze the critical path, and recommend corrective actions to ensure milestones are met.
