Position: School Counsellor

Reporting To: Principal / Vice Principal

Role Overview

The School Counsellor will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, emotional, social, and career development of students. The position requires a highly experienced professional who can guide students in making informed decisions regarding subject choices, career pathways, and higher education opportunities while also providing counselling and emotional support to help them navigate personal, social, and academic challenges.

As a key member of a residential school community, the counsellor will work closely with students, parents, teachers, housemasters, and wardens to ensure the overall well-being and holistic development of every child.
