Uppingham School is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11 to 18-year-olds, located in the beautiful market town of Uppingham in Rutland. Employing around 600 full-time and part-time staff, we offer a vibrant, supportive and stimulating environment across a diverse range of roles — from teaching and healthcare to finance, marketing and IT.
 
Our 800 pupils are accommodated in 16 houses and taught across 24 academic departments, participating in a wide range of extra-curricular activities throughout the year. In term-time, the School operates seven days a week.
