(What the role is)
School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Continuing Education & Training)
(What you will be working on)
Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners in continuing education training (CET) programmes on scheduled weekdays, weeknights or occasional weekends.
Facilitate students' learning, perform assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation.
Deliver and update of training materials, including manuals, guides and instructional videos.
Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas of improvement.
Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and module(s) supervision roles in at least two of the following subject areas:
Mental and Workplace Wellness
Gen AI in Hospitality
Revenue Optimization and Management
Service Quality and Customer Experience
Aesthetics, Wellness and Spa Operations and Management
