Position Details

The School of Liberal Education invites applications for a tenure-track position in Liberal Education at the rank of Assistant Professor with a start date of July 1st, 2026, subject to budgetary approval. Hiring salary will be in the range of $79,132 to $98,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. in a related discipline at the time of appointment including, but not limited to: natural science, mathematics, computer science, environmental science, or engineering. Scholars with a broad interdisciplinary background and/or training in liberal education are encouraged to apply.Specifically, the successful candidate will have teaching and/or research interests in one or more of the following areas:
