Master's or doctoral degree in school psychology from an accredited program. 
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement. 
Demonstrated experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment data. 
Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
