School Social Worker

Job Description
Provide ongoing mentoring and counselling support to designated students and their families.
Build positive, development-focused relationships to improve student wellbeing and academic outcomes.
Design and implement tailored intervention plans, including home visits where necessary.
Monitor student progress, assess needs, and prepare reports for school leadership.
Participate in case management and review meetings with school staff.
Collaborate with Student Management Personnel to strengthen support systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of student cases and interventions.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by School Leaders, HODs, or Administrative Manager.
Ensure continuity of service by arranging a qualified replacement during approved absences at no additional cost.
Requirements
Professionally trained in Social Work or Youth Work.
Relevant qualifications in Social Work or related discipline.
