School to Work - Engineer (DAPCEP)

**DESCRIPTION**



We are looking for a talented **School to Work – Test Engineer** student to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in **Troy, MI** .



For a **DAPCEP** School To Work candidate to work in the Product Validation Lab Team, it would be desirable for the individual to have an interest in mechanical systems such as automotive vehicles and/or automotive components. In addition, having a functional knowledge of Microsoft office computer software systems is beneficial. The candidate is self-motivated, can follow instructions and can complete routine assignments with limited supervision and should have reasonable written and verbal communication skills.



**RESPONSIBILITIES**



The DAPCEP School To Work candidate’s function would be to work with one of the Test Engineers to shadow them and learn about how particular automotive components function and how they are tested....
