The Scientific/Medical Director, Pipeline Medical Strategy - Psychiatry is ahighly strategic scientific expert with deep expertise across clinical, drug development, and medical strategy who can act as an influential leader within the R&D organization to co-steward assets on cross-functional asset team for assigned asset(s).

This position is accountable to lead the development and execution of medical strategy and tactics to secure insights, develop scientific value, advance pipeline assets, and provide strategic medical input to cross-functional partners. Responsible for core medical affairs activities including: HCP and stakeholder interactions (prescribers/providers, KOL development, patient groups, payers), insight capture (advisory boards, real-world data analysis), generation and interpretation of clinical and scientific data, and educational initiatives (medical education, data, value proposition).
