Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in trial planting plan, coordination and operation such as P&D management, data collection and sampling
Assist in seed treatments, sowing, monitoring & harvesting
Hand Pollination & Open Pollination
Assist with plant selection and development of planting and irrigation schedule
Visiting fields to collect samples
Packing seed & fresh product
Evaluation of the grow out test result
Fertiliser & Chemical Program
Quality control & post-harvest
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture or equivalent
Ability to work outside in (hot sunny day), stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extend periods
Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Good command of English & Malay
