Job Description
Management of oil palm data collection and monitoring of oil palm field condition.
Plan and monitor work progress of field trials according to annual work plan.
Manage, plan and monitor daily R&D activities as guided by the SOP.
Provide guidance & support to staff and workers on routine R&D activities.
Ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, specifically for Phenotyping data collection activities.
Assisting on the ground support on the implementation of data collection application.
Monthly reporting to the Head of Unit on trial progress.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Plantation Management, Agriculture, Agronomy or any relevant/equivalent discipline.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
