Responsibilities:
Develop and industrialize AI‑ and data‑driven methods for automated and intelligent engineering workflows
Design and automate mechanical seal systems using parametric 3D CAD models and modular design concepts
Analyze existing seal series to identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, and automation
Develop prototypes and Proofs of Concept, including AI‑assisted CAD workflows, neural networks, optimization methods, and LLM‑based engineering assistants
Enable automated data exchange between engineering systems (e.g. CAD, PDM, ERP)
Conduct applied research: define hypotheses, train models, validate results, and transfer outcomes into scalable engineering solutions
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and international teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
