Job Description
About your role:
- Conceptual design of transverse beam profile monitors which allow to resolve beam profiles in the order of a few micrometers
- Design of diagnostic beamlines for synchrotron radiation in the visible and X-ray spectral region
- Development of modern beam diagnostic instrumentation for the DESY accelerators
- Planning and running of experiments for longitudinal and transverse beam diagnostics
- Leading of a development team
